Nuff, the sandwich, soup and breakfast restaurant at 2851 Johnson St. NE, is scheduled to open this Thursday. Owner Gary Carlson said he originally planned to open early this week, but last-minute issues popped up that pushed the opening back to at least Wednesday. Rather than open on Halloween, Carlson decided to wait until Nov. 1.
Nuff will be open from 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. daily. The breakfast menu includes a variety of omelets, French toast and several breakfast sandwiches. The lunch and dinner menu is all about sandwiches, soups and salads. Most sandwiches are available in whole or half servings, with whole sandwiches averaging $8.50 and half sandwiches at $4.50.
Nuff also offers homemade soups and chili by the bowl or cup, homemade desserts and a selection of wines and local beers.
