Devil’s Advocate hosting Deschutes Beer Dinner on July 22

On Sunday, July 22nd, Devil’s Advocate will host the next entry in its series of beer dinners. The restaurant at 89 10th St. S. will pair five courses of specially created menu items with beers from Oregon’s Deschutes Brewery. Tickets are $40 per person and can be purchased through the restaurants homepage, devilsadvocatebar.com.

The Food/Beer pairings are:
Salted Cod Balls with fried caper aioli – Deschutes Twilight Ale
Cured Arctic Char fingerling potatoes dill and crème fraiche – Deschutes Chainbreaker White IPA
Little Gem lettuce baby beets, blue cheese and smoked almonds – Deschutes The Stoic
Teres Major roasted corn, smoked paprika and cipollinis – Deschutes Mirror Mirror Barleywine
Chocolate S’more Balls – Deschutes Obsidian Stout
